Warranty of Goods
All our goods will serve their intended fuctions.
All our prices are NETT and in Singapore dollars. No discounts will be given unless during promotions.
1. By Normal Postage
Our shopping cart default shipping fee is by Normal Postage. We will post your products to you via Singpost NORMAL MAIL once we recieved your payments.
Please allow 5 working days for us to post out your items.
2. By Registered Postage
Please put a remark under customer comment that you wish to received your items by Registered.
We will advise you the Registered Article (RA) no. after we posted the parcel out.
You can track the status of your parcel via Singpost website.
Registered mail is advised as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items through Normal Mail.
3. Self Collect Location
We can arrange to meet up at the following places to deliver the items to you and please note that payment has to be made first to avoid dead buyers.
- Chai Chee Street (This service is FREE)
- Tanjong Katong Complex (This service is FREE with minimum purchase of $100)
3. International Postage
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org directly for International Shipping Charges.
* We are not able to deliver to PO Box Addresses.

1. Bank Transfer to our POSB/DSB Bank Account
2. Bank Transfer to our UOB Bank Account
3. Paypal for overseas customers
All payments are to be received within 2 days after order is placed or item will be relist back to store.
Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
However, we will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an email acknowledgement to the customer within 2-3 days upon successful submission of the order.
If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange & Refunds
All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
HappyDays-Shop takes pride in our products. We will personally inspect and ensure that the product are in tip top condition before sending them to you.
As all our items are specially imported from Taiwan, Korea and Japan. We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes as a defective item.
If for some reasons that you are not happy with your products, please email us within 3 days. We will try our best to make our deal a happy one.
We regret to say that no cash refund is allowed.
We provide gift services at S$2.00 (inclusive of a wrapper and ribbon). This service is free for purchase above S$50.00.
